Listening forums with communities, workers, youth groups, traditional leaders and organised civil society to shape Khanya's policy priorities.
Khanya organisers are meeting Basotho where they already gather: markets, churches, taxi ranks, unions, community forums and village councils. The aim is to hear constituency realities before finalising plans, tools and policy platforms.
Impact: Creates a direct channel for community priorities to influence national planning.

Youth Economic Empowerment Drive
A practical programme to identify youth skills, small enterprise needs and barriers to work in communities Khanya serves.
The drive gathers young people's business ideas, training needs and obstacles to employment so future programmes can be grounded in evidence instead of slogans.
Impact: Builds a pipeline of youth priorities for enterprise support, training and local job creation.
